The castings are made in China and finished machining and inspection prior to ship. Beginning with print to delivery of machined castings is our full responsibility to go through per an order. The castings as received are ready for use. The casting materials are gray iron, ductile iron, alloyed iron, carbon steel, alloyed steel from low to high grades. The weight is from hundreds of kilogram to tens of metric ton.  Manufacturing methods are employed casting and fabrication. The castings are simple or complex in structure with use of many cores and resin coated bonded sand.  Quantity may be 1-2 pieces to thousands per part.

 

Up to date most castings are crusher parts in steel, diesel engine parts in gray iron and sand molding flasks. The flask may be cast or fabricated suitable for a number of molding lines.

 

With strong in-house knowledge and experience and engineering capability the castings are assured in compliance with specifications and world standard of quality. Quality is assured with top grade of materials, state-of-the-art equipment and many year experienced techniques and tough examinations including MT, UT and X-ray.  Dimension tolerance may be tight with customized fixture, CNC and CMM machine.
